Hey Everyone! Well since there's a topic about names you hate, and I saw somewhere but was/am unable to find it, how about a topic with all girls names you like?
What are some of your favorites and why? I'll post my responces in a little while.
Amber.

Oops, I didn't mean that there was already a topic about this created, I meant that there was a topic with your top 10 girls and boys names that you like. This is a girl-names only topic. This should be interesting.

Hmmm. let's see. Mine would have to be Amber, Melanie, Marissa and Melissa. I'm sure I'll think of more. Well then there's Jennifer, which I suspect I've always liked because it's got the sylable Fur on the end of it LOL.

Emilia, Elsa, Saoirse (pronounced seersha, Irish Gaelic means freedom) um, Hermione, Ashah (pronounced Asher) Elodie (pronounced Ellady) Just a few examples of names which never fail to stand out, they're so unique about themselves. My daughters aren't likely to start School and have to be labelled with the initial of their surname after their fore/christian name because there are 6 or 7 other girls with the same name in the class, good examples of these, being Hannah, Olivia (Ollie) Lucy, Sophie, Ellie, Katie, Laura, Lauren, Rebecca, Mia, Etc Etc. I have 5 cousins who stand out because of their unusual fore/cristian names. Kezia (pronounced Kezzia) and her younger sister Tegen (pronounced Teggan, Teagan or even Taygan). They're the only girls with those names in both primary and secondary school. There were 3 Jennies, all spelt JENNY when I was in Primary School, me, (Jenny F) Jenny Keeble (Jenny K) and Jenny Cooper (Jenny C) although, she was known as Jennifer to lessen the confusion, lol. I moved on to Secondary School and the lab techy in the science department was Jenny Witcombe, although, she was Mrs Witcombe, so thankfully, I lost the F label there, lol.

Jen.

Ah yes, I remember at least one school I was in where I had a few other Bryans in the same class with me. Granted they spelled their names with I instead of Y but we still had to be labeled with the first letter of our last name. That's where the BryanP in my username comes from. Then I've been in classes with several Katies at once. Of course if two of them have sirnames that start with the same letter that can be a little more difficult...

In my school there were way too many Chris's, Caseys and Michaels. When a name's played out it's played out.
